Can i get onto blocked sites on the year 9 laptops from the government?

In australia year 9 students received lenovo laptops from the government. Is it possible to play runescape on these or get onto blocked sites?

when i was in yr 9 im now in yr 10 i got those laptops
and got through the blocked sites
u know how you have to have a password to get into Google or whatever you have to use someone else’s like a tafe password
im sure someone at your school has one or even someone else password
just ask around for one that’s what i did
im using a friends at the moment but he put the password in for me so sorry i cant help with that
but yer you need a tafe password lol
