Does anybody know where I can get cheap laptops between $10 and $20 besides Ebay. What about one for free?

Anything that cheap you don’t want, believe me. Maybe a school or company might donate you an old one for free. Again, you probably won’t want it.
Sorry, you won’t find a laptop for that much. Heck, you won’t even find a TOY LAPTOP for that much! I think that if you need one bad enough, as mentioned below, check out local schools.
Yep. There is a guy at Seattle Pacific University selling an old laptop for $10 becuase he doesn’t want or need it anymore.
